CORRECTION
In the September 29th editon of the PCN&R about the September 22 Philipstown Town Board meeting, Garrison resident Tom Kavaler was incorrectly identified as Tom Robertson, candidate for Town Council. The PCN&R regrets this error, and any confusion it may have caused.
