Putnam County Veterans Affairs has been notified by the Hudson Valley Veterans Services that the yearly Flu shots will be available to all Veterans who have a VA ID Card in their possession.
If you don’t have the VA ID Card, bring your military discharge papers to the Castle Point VA Hospital for processing and photos. The phone number there is 831-2000.
Flu shots will be available at 65 Gleneida Avenue, (Rt. 52) Carmel, (rear of bldg) adjacent to Carmel Diner from 3 pm-7 pm October 13th, 3 pm - 7 pm on October 27th and November 17th from 3 to 7 pm. There is parking in rear of building and a handicapped ramp is available.
