One Yorktown youth and two Lake Peekskill youths were arrested and charged with distributing PCP and LSD in the Lake Peekskill area of Putnam Valley. During the 6-week investigation, the subjects sold PCP and LSD to an undercover deputy in a parking lot in Lake Peekskill.
