Philipstown Town Board Releases Monthly Meeting Agenda
The Town Board of the Town of Philipstown will hold their regular monthly meeting at 8 pm, on December 7th at the Philipstown Town Hall. The Board intends to convene at 7 pm and enter into an executive session before starting the regular agenda. The tentative agenda for the public meeting is as follows:
1. Presentation from Verizon Communications regarding the new 845 area code.
2. Award highway material bids.
3. Discussion of the placement of a stop sign at Arden and Winston Lanes.
4. Discussion regarding the inspection of LP gas installations.
5. Refer proposed local law regarding a zoning change at the Stadium to the Planning Board.
6. Old Road Society requesting to erect historical markers on Old Albany Post Road.
Items may not be called in the order shown.
