POLICE REPORTS
Southeast-Sheriff Robert D. Thoubboron reports that on August 24, 2001 at approximately 2:20pm Dominic Riccio age 42 of Shelton, Connecticut was arrested for Burglary 3rd Degree a Class D Felony.
On July 19, 2001 a Southeast business reported that checks and assorted property were stolen. The Sheriff’s Bureau of Criminal Investigations conducted an investigation and revealed that Mr. Riccio entered the business and stole business checks and other property.
Mr. Riccio was arraigned by Town of Carmel Judge Reitz and remanded to the Putnam County Correctional Facility In lieu of $10,000 cash/$20,000 bond. Further investigation revealed that Mr. Riccio is wanted by neighboring Police Agencies on charges of Possession of Stolen Property, Forgery and other crimes.
