Vassar Hosts Prostate Cancer Screening
Vassar Brothers Hospital will host a prostate cancer screening on Friday, October 12 from 7:30am to 1:30pm on the 2nd floor of the hospital’s Cancer Center. The hospital is encouraging men over the age of 50, who are not currently being treated by a urologist, to attend. Men of African American descent over the age of 40 are also urged to participate. Registration is required. Space is limited for the screening, which will be conducted by Hudson Valley Urology and funded by pharmaceutical company Astra Zenecca. To register, call 845-452-2635.
