Metropolitan Transportation Council Taking Comments on Improvement Program
The comment period is currently underway on the draft New York Metropolitan Transportation Council’s Federal Fiscal Year 2004 - 2006 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP). The TIP is a multi-year program of transportation improvement projects for the region. The draft TIP can be viewed and downloaded from NYMTC’s website:

Comments on the draft project listings are due in writing or e-mail by close of business, August 25, 2003 to:
