A big thumbs up to Philipstown Town Councilman David Brower who single-handedly has cleaned up the Cedar St. Cemetery… a number of times!
Our Lions Club Calendar tells us that Sylvia Wallin, Connor Allen, Kathy Lyons, MaryLou Caccetta, Matthew West, Nancy Komer, Louis Kenney, Frank Lombardo, Alex McConville, Christine Lilly, Bill Irwin, Lauren Monaco and Cathy Valenti are all celebrating birthdays this week. Many happy returns to all.
In case you’re wondering how to get on the calendar, members of the Haldane Leos Club will be at the Foodtown Plaza Saturday mornings during August taking orders for inclusion in the 2005 edition. (They’re also seeking business sponsors).
Congrats to Anthony Mendola who celebrates his 16th birthday on Saturday.
