Sealed bids for proposals will be received in the Town
Clerk’s Office of the Town of Philipstown at the Town Hall, 238 Main
Street, Cold Spring, New York until 2:00 p.m. local time on May 7, 2008. The
bids will be opened publicly and read aloud in the Town Clerk’s Office for
Painting of the exterior of the Town Hall.
Specifications and bid documents may be seen and procured
in the Town Clerk’s Office, of the Town of Philipstown, 238 Main Street,
Cold Spring, New York.
The Town of Philipstown reserves the right to reject any
and all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid except by written request
submitted at least twenty four (24) hours before the time of opening or
until the lapse of forty-five (45) days after the actual opening thereof.
