The Village of Cold Spring will be accepting sealed bids
on the following used police vehicle:
1 – 1995 – Chevrolet Lumina, as is.
The Village makes no guarantee or warrantee regarding the
mechanical condition or the maintenance of the vehicle. For inspection:
appointment must be made with the Village Clerk, 85 Main Street, Cold
Spring, NY 10516, between the hours of 8:30 and 4:00 p.m. Inspection will be
at the Village garage on Fair St.
Sealed bids will be received at the Village Office on or
before May 16, 2008 at 4:00 p.m., at which time they will be publicly opened
and read aloud. The Village of Cold Spring reserves the right to reject any
and all bids that do not meet the minimum expectations of the Village.
