NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Village of Cold Spring
Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday May 22, 2008
at 7 PM at the Village Office, 85 Main Street, Cold Spring, N.Y, for the
purpose of hearing public comment on the application of Kathleen Foley and
John Hedlund, 2 Locust Ridge, for a variance from fence height requirements
of 134-17(D)1 of the Village Code. The property is in the R-1 zone.
All interested parties are encouraged to attend and be
heard.
