Haldane Valedictorian And Salutatorian
The Haldane Valedictorian for the Class of 2000 is Kali Downer and the Salutatorian is Aaron Nastasi. Both girls have been leaders in numerous school and community activities as well as being outstanding academically. Kali expanded her horizons by being an AFS Exchange Student in Australia during her sophomore year. She earned many awards during her high school career including the R.P.I. Math and Science Award, The Xerox Humanities Award, The American Citizenship Award and The Alice Paulding Freshman Award. She was a county winner in the V.F.W. Voice of Democracy Contest and a Taconic district winner for photography in the P.T.A. Reflections Program. Kali was listed in Who Full Story
Cold Spring Board Of Trustees Sets New Main Street Display Rules
At their June 13 monthly meeting, the Cold Spring Board of Trustees made several changes and additions to the Village Code, including guidelines for the display of merchandise by merchants. Haldane Track Ends Season At State Championships
The Haldane Track team had a season filled with glorious accomplishments and wonderful memories. The official end of the season came last weekend at the State Championships in Syracuse, where Haldane was represented by 3 athletes.
