Denied Equal Protection Of The Law Dear Friends and Neighbors:
This letter concerns the public interest because the Philipstown Assessors Office has taken my 5-acre vacant land and such property and divided it into 4 separate parcels in an R-80 2-acre zoning. This is in violation of the Philipstown Planning Board, which is listed on the Philipstown Tax Roll. Since 1997 through 2000, I was subject to excessive taxes of $3,000.00, now in 2000 there are excessive taxes of $17,341.38, without the permission or authorization of me, or otherwise.
