Infuriated With Lack Of Proper Phone Service Dear Vinny [Tamagna, Putnam County Legislator],
As you will recall, last year I spoke with you about problems with the local phone company at the State of the County Message. As you are probably well aware, during recent snow storms when schools were out, it was difficult at best to make or receive telephone calls . Complaints to the phone company only produce what has come to be predictable pap about kids on the internet. This is unacceptable. Does it make sense that in this day and age when we are building space stations, we cannot be assured of reliable phone service? Is this what deregulation is all about? There is something grossly wrong with this situation.
