Putnam Valley Schoolhouse Museum To Open With Exhibit April 29th

The Spring exhibit at the Putnam Valley Schoolhouse Museum entitled, "The Revolutionary War (We were Dutch-ess then)" is set to open on Sunday, April 29 at 3:00pm at the Museum There will be entertainment and refreshments. Town Historian Stephen Anderson will be on hand to introduce the exhibit and answer any questions.

Anyone who has anecdotes or information about forefathers who were in the service of either side; or whose ancestors were in any way involved in the Revolution are more than welcome to call the Museum at 845-528-1024 or write to Putnam Valley Historical Society at PO Box 297, Putnam Valley, NY 10579.
