PV Arts To Honor Local Talents This Sunday

Putnam Valley Arts will host a reception honoring two Putnam Valley talents on Sunday, January 13, from 2-4pm, at Camp Combe, 684 Peekskill Hollow Road, Putnam Valley.

The first honoree is John Cohen, photographer, musician and filmmaker, who recently had his book "there is no eye" and companion CD, "music for photographs" released. Jim Brown, the second honoree wrote, directed and produced the PBS-TV documentary series in the fall of 2001, "American Roots Music." Both Jim and John will be there to discuss their work.
