Sheriff’s Re-Organization In Question Legislator says he will not vote for new positions
This past month, Sheriff-Elect Donald B. Smith appeared to have the support of most of the Putnam County Legislature for his re-organization plan as it made its way through three different committees, and got the nod from the County Executive.
