Nancy J. Constantino

Nancy J. Constantino, age 92, a life long Cold Spring resident died on Thursday March 14, 2002 at her residence in Cold Spring.

Born in Cold Spring on September 30, 1909, she was the daughter o the late Joseph and Theresa (Percacciolo) Constantino.

Miss Constantino was a retired Bookkeeper for Sears Roebuck in Peekskill; she had also been a Secretary prior to that for New York Central Railroad. She also worked at Joseph Percacciolo & Sons in Cold Spring for many years. She was also a member of Butterfield Memorial Library, the Putnam County Historical Society and the Alter Rosary Society of Our Lady of Loretto Church.

One brother, Anthony Constantino of St. Louis Park, MN, two sisters, Teresa McCoart of Cold Spring, NY and Elizabeth Letterio of Beacon, NY, survives her. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews to the fifth generation. Miss Constantino was predeceased by two brothers, Angelo and William Constantino and by five sisters, Mary Constantino, Rachel Percacciolo, Rose Cretelli, Angelina Constantino and Helen Valentine.

A Mass of Christian Burial was offered on Saturday March 16, 2002 at Our Lady of Loretto Church in Cold Spring. Interment followed in Cold Spring Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations to be made in Miss Constantino’s name to Our Lady of Loretto Church 24 Fair St. Cold Spring, NY.
