Comprehensive Plan Special Board Seeks Increased Communication With Philipstown Town Board Recreation survey responses coming in
On Tuesday, April 9, the Comprehensive Plan Special Board met at the North Highland Fire House. Members expressed their need to increase communication with the Philipstown Town Board, stating their frustration with "the fast-tracking of the proposed zoning changes for Routes 9 and 9D" (see related PCN&R article). A suggestion was made that the zoning issue be placed on hold until the Special Board has all their data collected, and their formal recommendations made in the form of a Comprehensive Plan to the Town Board.
