Mary C. Bishop

Mary C. "Marion" Bishop of Cold Spring, NY died on Friday August 30, 2002 at Putnam Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Kent, NY.

Born in New York, NY on December 5, 1918,she was the daughter of the late William and Emily (Davis) Skahill.

Mrs. Bishop was a retired Supervisor for New York Telephone working the Bronx and Manhattan. A resident of the Cold Spring area for the past 25 years, she was a parishioner of Our Lady of Loretto Church in Cold Spring, a member of the Philipstown Senior Citizens, and a member of the Telephone Co. Pioneers.

One son, William Bishop of Eastchester, NY, survives her. Four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren also survive.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Tuesday September 3, 2002 at Our Lady of Loretto Church Fair St. Cold Spring, NY. Interment followed in St. Raymond’s Cemetery Bronx, NY.

Arrangement were under the direction of the Clinton Funeral Home, Cold Spring, NY.
