Beer Sale to Under-Age Patron Leads to Charges Against Seller and Buyer
Potential Sanctions Against License Holder May Occur
A beer sale made by a delicatessen clerk to an under-aged customer has resulted in charges against both seller and buyer. Mr. Kenneth F. Foster of Brewster, a clerk working at a deli in that Village, is charged with selling beer to an eighteen-year-old patron on February 20.
