Kathleen Farrell

Kathleen "Kay" Farrell, 86, South Bend, formerly of Michigan City, IN and New York City passed away Saturday, February 19, 2005 at 2:45am in Regency Place of South Bend.

Miss Farrell was born in Montreal, Canada October 16, 1918 to Edward Russell and Kathleen Francis Shannon Farrell. Surviving is a brother, Edward J. (Anne) Farrell of Long Beach, IN a W.W.11 DAV US Navy serving as a construction battalion & UUS Canine AK 74. Also surviving are nephews Dr. W. Russell Farrell, Edwardsburg, MI, Edward J. (Karen) Farrell, Jr., St. Petersburg, FL, nieces, Lynn Marie (Douglas) Major, Winnetka, IL., and Ann (Charles) Heiny, Fort Wayne, IN. Great nephew, James Russell Farrell, student at University of Northern Michigan, Marquette, MI, Great niece, Katelyn Marie Farrell, student at Michigan State University, residing in Conway, MI, Sarah Ann, Gregory Ivan and Justine Barbara Major all Winnetka, IL. Christopher Joseph, Elizabeth Ann, and Katherine Marie Heiny, all Fort Wayne, IN. Franklin (Patricia) Farrell, Nanuet, NY having two children, John Franklin and Patricia Farrell. John Farrell, Sgt with NYPD, and Margaret "Peggy" Farrell retiring from Delta Airlines at Marblehead, MA.

A brother, Staff Sergeant William Russell Farrell was killed in W.W.II, Auzio Beach Head, Italy. Two deceased brothers Raymond (Elizabeth) Farrell, and Franklin (Alma) Farrell.

Memorials may be made to Notre Dame Catholic Church, 1010 Moore Road, Long Boach, IN.
