Putnam Hospital Center in Carmel was recently named the recipient of the prestigious Compass Award for outstanding performance improvement in its survey scores from Press Ganey Associates, a national leader in health care satisfaction measurement and improvement. Putnam Hospital Center was selected from among hundreds of health care facilities across the country whose patient satisfaction scores for outpatient services have shown the greatest improvement over the last two years.
