Adolescent Literacy: What Every Secondary Teacher Needs to Know
Author Amy Benjamin will present “Adolescent Literacy: What Every Secondary Teacher Needs to Know.” Participants will learn the most researchbased information about reading comprehension and teaching strategies endorsed by the National Council of Teachers of English and the International Reading Association.
This course will be held on Wednesdays beginning January 4 through February 1, from 4:00-7:00 pm, at Putnam/Northern Westchester Board of Cooperative Educational Services (BOCES) in Yorktown Heights.
