Has Spring sprung? It sure seemed that way this past week. Spring officially starts next Monday, but most everyone appreciated the sneak preview Mother Nature gave us.
The annual Maple syrup demonstration/day at the Taconic Outdoor Education Center will take place this Sunday see how your favorite pancake topping is made.
