Kudos to the Chamber
Dear Editor:
Main Street was certainly festive and crowded with shoppers on Saturday thanks to the Chamber's successful Harvest Festival. The weather only partially cooperated (it could have been sunny and warmer) but at least the rain (the cause of immeasurable stress for a promoter) held off until late in the day.
Knowing only too well how difficult and stressful an outdoor event is I want to acknowledge the great effort of Michelle Folster (Stationary Objects) and her committee for a job well done and kudos to the Chamber of Commerce for their successful endeavor.
