Fall Foliage Excursion as Metro North Train Journeys from NYC to Cold Spring
Invite New York City-based friends to make it a tradition and join MTA Metro-North Railroad for an encore performance of its Fall Foliage excursion train along the scenic Hudson River on Saturday October 21, 2006. Passengers will ride a private Metro-North train from Grand Central Terminal and travel to the historic village of Cold Spring. At Cold Spring there is tinme to browse the specialty shops, have lunch and soak in more river views. The return trip departs at 4:15pm with a stop at Tarrytown at 4:55pm., arriving at Grand Central at 5:30pm.
Adult fare is $35, and $10 for children 11 and under. Tickets can only be purchased online at the Metro-North Group Travel website: www.mta.info.
