Cold Spring Cadette Girl Scout Troop Visits Disney World

Cadette Girl Scout Troop 2032 visit Disney World in Orlando, Florida, for a week this past August. The girls had been planning this trip to Disney since 2nd grade. The girls worked hard to earn their money by holding bake sales, car washes and selling Girl Scout cookies. The girls had a great time visiting all four Disney
theme and water parks while meeting other scouts from different councils.
After spending a day in the Magic Kingdom as part of the YES program, the girls earned the "Why in the World" Science and Physics Interest Patch. The girls are now looking forward to earning their Silver award.
