Croton River Numismatic Society Meets to Discuss Coins
The Croton River Numismatic Society of Carmel, New York (a coin club) will hold its next meeting on Tuesday. November 21.2006 in the Guideposts Cafeteria, 39 Seminary Hill Road in Carmel at 7:30pm.
Topics up for discussion at the meeting will be U.S. colonial coins & paper money, coins of Puerto Rico, $20.00 gold coins, U.S. gold coin banknotes and the recent acquisitions of members and guests.
The society continues to offer the free appraisal of coins, paper money and other types of numismatic material either at its meetings or by appointment. More information may be obtained by calling (845) 225-8201. All persons interested in coin collecting are invited to attend.
