Poughkeepsie Day School Holds Admissions Information Session
Poughkeepsie Day School will present an Admissions Information Session on Tuesday, November 14 at 7pm in Gilkeson Center, for parents interested in learning about its pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade program. Families of students interested in learning about the school's program are invited to come to meet the Head of School, administrators and faculty, tour th eschool and visit classes. Procedures for applying for admission and financial assistance will also be discussed. Poughkeepsie Day School,
founded in 1934 by members of Vassar College's child study department, is an independent, college-preparatory school for 350 students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. The program encourages critical and creative thinking through a challenging, interdisciplinary approach to learning.
