Coin Collectors to Meet
The Croton River Numismatic society of Carmel, New York (a coin club) will hold its next meeting on Tuesday, December 19, 2006 in the Guideposts cafeteria, 39 Seminary Hill Road in Carmel at 7:30pm.
Topics up for discussion at the meeting will be any numismatic item related to Christmas,Hanukkah,Kwanzaa, and the recent acquisitions of members and guests.
The society continues to offer the free appraisal of coins, paper money and other types of numismatic material either at its meetings or by appointment. More information may be obtained by calling (845) 225-8201. All persons interested in coin collecting are invited to attend.
