      Putnam County Sheriff Donald B. Smith reports the arrests of two teenaged girls from the Town of Philipstown on larceny charges. Anna M. Gray, aged 19, and Dana A. Harrington, also 19, both of Philipstown, are accused of stealing money from a Cold Spring man who asked one of them to walk his dog.

Driver in PV Cited for Revoked License, Marijuana
      Putnam County Sheriff Donald B. Smith reports that a motorist from Carmel was arrested in Putnam Valley on Saturday, December 16, 2006 for driving with a revoked license and possession of marijuana. Daniel R. Hutchby, aged 21, was arrested after a deputy sheriff stopped him for a moving violation.
