Richard D. Dodge

Richard D. Dodge of New York City and Cold Spring died March 27, 2007 at Hudson Valley Hospital Center after a long illness. He was 64. Born in New York City on May 6 1942 he was the son of the late Philip and Mary (Wells) Dodge. He is survived by his sister Felicia D. Saunders of Cold Spring, his brother James (Margaret) of Shohola, PA and brother Robert (Virginia) of Garrison.

He is also survived by eight nieces and nephews Katherine Hodgeson (Patrick), Alexander Saunders III, Kristen D. Mc Namara (Michael), James (Tierney), Kathleen, Kelly, Robert and Kimberly Dodge. Four grand nieces and nephews, Elizabeth and Patrick Hodgeson and Dylan and Robert Mc Namara, also survive him.

A Memorial service will be held at St. Luke's in the fields in Greenwich Village at 3 PM on April 14, 2007. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Music Program of the Church of St. Lukes in the Fields, 487 Hudson St., New York, NY 10014.

Private cremation took place at Ferncliff Crematorium in Hartsdale. Funeral Arrangements are under the direction of The Clinton Funeral Home, Cold Spring.
