Hudson Valley Hospital Center's First Baby of 2007 Recognized
Madelyn and Melvin Ramos of Croton-on-Hudson are the proud parents of Julian Angel Ramos, the first baby born at the Women's Pavilion for Birthing at HVHC on New Year's Day. Although little Julian was not the first 2007 baby born in the region, he does hold the distinction of being born on his grandfather Angel's 60th birthday who was also born on New Year's Day. Local businesswomen pictured here treated the Ramos family to special gifts. Daddy Melvin is holding Julian while mommy Madelyn Ramos looks on.
