2007 West Point Gymnastics Open Planned for End of January
The 16th annual West Point Open Gymnastics Competition will be held at the United States Military Academy on January 26-28, 2007. The West Point Open is the largest and highest level gymnastics competition in the East; featuring US National Team members, NCAA champions, and NCAA All- Americans.
In addition to these elite level individuals, the following teams will compete: 2004 NCAA Champions, Penn State University, NAVY, Temple, ARMY, Springfield College, James Madison University, MIT, and more than 75 club teams from across the country.
The West Point Open is a USA Gymnastics-sanctioned event, and will be one of the premier tune-up meets for the Winter National Championships. Dates & Times are:
Friday, January 26 - Preliminaries7pm
Saturday, January 27 - Finals, 7pm (top 8 on each event)
