Hudson Valley Hospital Celebrates National Heart Health Month
February is National Heart Health Month and the Hudson Valley Hospital's Cardiac Rehab Department and the Wellness Club will offer a calendar of educational activities all through the month. All events will be held at the Wellness Club at the Cortlandt Town Center, Mohegan Lake. Their expert health care professionals, including physicians, nurses, exercise physiologists, a nutritionist, and pharmacist will offer lectures on important topics related to prevention, treatment and disease management.
