'Bannerman Castle - The Mystery Unveiled', A Presentation at Painter's Tavern

Join the Museum of the Hudson Highlands on Thursday, February 8, at 7:30pm at Painter's Tavern, Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson, for a Winter Evening Speakers Series: Bannerman Castle-The Mystery Unveiled.

Come hear all about the mysterious castle on an island in Newburgh Bay. Explore the history of Bannerman Castle through historic family photographs from its heyday. Join Thom Johnson and Barbara Gottlock, authors of the New Arcadia book Bannerman Castle as they share their insights and information in a slide presentation about this Hudson River icon.

Neil Caplan, president of the Bannerman Castle Trust, Inc., will discuss the future plans for Bannerman Castle on Pollepel Island. Books will be available. The Winter Evening Speakers Series is sponsored in part by Painter's Tavern. All Evening Speakers Series events take place on Thursdays, 7:30pm at Painter's Tavern, Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson.
