Winter Break Workshops at Garrison Art Center
Garrison Art Center offers two days of workshops for school- age children during the month of February. The full day workshops are scheduled for Monday and Tuesday, February 19 & 20 from 10am-3pm. Many local children will be home for their school winter break and these workshops are an excellent opportunity to be immersed in something productive and extremely rewarding.
Guest artist/instructors, Ada Cruz and Christina DiMarco have planned a fantastic dimensional bookmaking project that involves writings, rubbings, painting, weaving and many other techniques that will teach children a variety of skills and redefine how books
