Putnam Valley's Carolyn Doggett to Sign Copies of her Book at Merritt Bookstore
Carolyn Doggett Smith of Putnam Valley will appear at Merritt Books, Cold Spring, to sign copies of her new book The House of the Faun on Saturday, February 17 from 2-4pm (snow date Feb 18).
An absorbing and passionate tale, The House of the Faun tells a story of young love set against the intriguing backdrop of ancient Pompeii and the impending doom that few could imagine.
Carolyn Doggett Smith spent her childhood in Rome and Athens and majored in classical civilization in college and graduate school. A freelance editor and writer, she is the author of The Absentee American, Strangers at Home, and Successful Freelancing. Smith lives with her husband in Putnam Valley.
