Hudson Valley Society for Music Presents a Potluck Concert
The Hudson Valley Society for Music presents a concert of Romantic-era music entitled "Love is in the Air" on Friday, February 23, 2007 at 7:30pm at the Cornwall Presbyterian Church.
The program will include music by Ravel, Delius, Puccini, Boehm, William Grant Still, and Marion Bauer.The performers are all local professionals: flutist Bonnie Doyle Ham; violinists Nicholas Szucs and Emily Faxon, soprano Suzanne Clune, clarinetist Harold Easley, and pianist Ruthanne Schempf.
A Potluck Concert is an evening out with music, dessert, and crayons for children and the fidgety. Crayons are provided as are coloring books for children and paper for inspired adults. After the concert, there is dessert and coffee! The Potluck concerts begin at 7:30 at the Cornwall Presbyterian Church at 222 Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson.
