Don't "Almost Give"
To the Editor:
Would you like to help people, but don't usually have enough time to do so?
Are our Philipstown Community Blood Drive dates inconvenient because of various good and sufficient reasons?
Have you given blood elsewhere in the past three or six months or so?
If you can say "yes" to the last question, you've done your bit! If you've given blood at least once this past year, you're one of the 2% of our area population who've saved at least one or more people's lives. If not, please search your heart and soul
Regardless of your religious affiliation, will you be able to tell your "God" I gave my blood to help another human being survive?" or offer a lame excuse?
Please attend the February 16th drive at Haldane School. God bless you all.
