Where is My Child Part of Mid-Winter Jewish Film Festival
On Sunday February 25th at 4pm the Mid-Winter Jewish Film Festival at Temple Beth- El will continue with the
film, Where Is My Child? This 1937 film deals with the immigrant experience and mental illness. Celia Adler is cast as the mentally ill widowed mother who gave up her child, and now twenty-five years later wants to find her son. Black and white, in Yiddish with English sub-titles The film will be shown promptly at 4pm at Temple Beth-El, 118 Grand Ave, Poughkeepsie.
