Museum of Hudson Highlands Presents What is the Environment Doing to our Health? Program

Join the Museum of the Hudson Highlands on Thursday, March 1, at 7:30pm at Painter's Tavern, Hudson Street, Cornwall-on-Hudson, for a Winter Evening Speakers Series: Health and the Environment in the 21st Century. Join Patti Wood, Executive Director of Grassroots Environmental Education, as she discusses important information about environmental toxins and their impact on human health and the environment.

Today in America new diagnoses of asthma, neurological disorders and other illnesses continue to increase. Come learn simple measures to create healthier homes and gain an understanding of the health risks associated with common preventable environmental exposures. Ms.Wood is also an author, filmmaker, educator and activist. A clip from her recent documentary will be shown.

All Evening Speakers Series events take place on Thursdays, 7:30pm at Painter's Tavern, Hudson Street, Cornwall-on- Hudson, NY. There is limited Seating, so come early; reservations are not required.
