Putnam Community Service Network Program on Time Management
The Putnam Community Service Network is offering a Time Management for the Hectic Professional on March 16th from 9:30 am to 12:30pm. This program will identify and apply those time management principles that deal with the 'overload' facing many not-forprofit and government professional. The session will highlight reasons why people have difficulty managing time. It will also focus on proven techniques used to address stressful situations, and the ways to solve problems and challenges.
The presenter, Grant Loavenbruck, Pace University, will discuss the following topics: Time management principles; Techniques to overcome disorganization; and Procrastination and problem-solving tips that will renew concentration and creativity.
Time Management for the Hectic Professional is a United Way - Pace University Not-for- Profit Management Center program that is specifically designed for executive directors, department heads, staff supervisors, and new managers and supervisors. It will be held at the Putnam County Bureau of Emergency Services, Donald B. Smith Government Campus, 112 Old Route 6, Carmel. There is a $30 per person fee with a March 9th registration deadline.
