Haldane National Honor Society Induction Held Recently
The Haldane National Honor Society Induction Ceremony was held on December 2nd, 2006. The program opened with a welcome by Mrs. Betty Monroe, NHS advisor, and opening remarks by Mr. Andy Irvin, High School Principal. The NHS Officers were installed, with President Christos Zouzias, Vice President Marisa Pidala, Secretary Carly Filmanski, and Treasurer Krista Donovan. Mrs. Monroe then talked about the history and background of the NHS. The officials then discussed the NHS ideals, Christos Zouzias spoke about leadership, Marisa Pidala explained service, Carly Filmanski talked about character and Krista Donovan expounded on scholarship.
