Gregory Folchetti Named as Assistant District Attorney
District Attorney, Kevin L. Wright has announced the appointment of Gregory L. Folchetti. Esq, of Brewster. New York, as Assistant District Attorney.
Mr. Folchetti is partner in the law firm Costello &. Folchetti, LLP and serves as counsel to the Town Board, Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Carmel. He received his Juris Doctor from Quinnipiac University School of Law, his Master of Business Administration from the University of Bridgeport and his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from State University of New York, College at Oneonta.

Jacobellis, who was appointed by the Carmel Town Board to serve as Carmel Town Justice this past January. District Attorney Wright expressed that Mr. Jacohellis' leaving would be a loss to the Office, but believes strongly that he will bring his expertise to the Carmel Town Court and is confident that Mr. Folchetti will be an asset to the District Attorney's Office.
