The Eastern Bluebird-a Sign of Spring at Museum of the Hudson Highlands
On Saturday, March 24, at 10am, the Museum of the Hudson Highlands presents, "The Eastern Bluebird, A Sign of Spring!" at its Kenridge Farm Location, Route 9W, Cornwall. Did you know that the Eastern Bluebirds in our area will soon be searching for nesting sites?
Come and discover amazing facts about bluebirds then build a nesting box of your own specially designed for bluebirds. Afterwards take a short hike to view bluebird boxes at the farm to demonstrate ways to set out your nest box. Additional materials fee per box is $10. Please bring your own hammer to use and dress accordingly for a short hike. Pre-registration is required by March 21. Limited supply. Recommended for children ages 5 and up. Cost: $5. Members: $3.
