Putnam County Sheriff Donald B. Smith reports the February 27, 2007 arrest of Carl Brezovsky, 17, of Cortlandt Manor, on a charge of driving with a suspended license in the Town of Philipstown.
According to the Sheriff's Department, at about 6:14pm on February 27th, Deputy Sheriff James Babcock was patrolling along Aqueduct Road when he initiated a traffic stop of a speeding vehicle. That charge is punishable by up to thirty days in jail, a fine of up to $500, and further sanctions against the offender's driving privileges.
