Why would our Local Library Bamboozle Us?
To the Editor:
With regard to the Butterfield Library Referendum, issues are being brought up, exaggerated and falsely reported, as a distraction to the truth. It is really this simple.... 1) If there was anything to discuss, resolve or question with the laws, it should have been done prior to the library vote. I am quite sure the Library Board would have gladly cooperated. 2) The facts are clear - the vote passed and the Town needs to honor that. Why anyone would think our local library would try to "bamboozle" us, is beyond me.
