Local Students Rhiannon Marino and Jessica Golde Named to Dean's List at Ithaca College
The following students have been named to the Dean's List at Ithaca College for the fall 2006 term:
* Rhiannon Marino, who is the daughter of Jeffrey Marino and Kathleen Sweeney of Cold Spring, was named to the Dean's List at Ithaca College's Roy H. Park School of Communications. Marino had to attain a minimum grade point average of 3.7.
* Jessica Golde, who is the daughter of Cris and Susan Golde of Garrison, was named to the Dean's List at Ithaca College's School of Health Sciences and Human Performance. Golde had to attain a minimum grade point average of 3.5.
To qualify for this academic honor, students must complete a minimum of 15 credit hours, of which at least 12 are graded. A grade of D or F or an incomplete in a course automatically disqualifies a student from the dean's list, regardless of the overall GPA attained that semester.
Coeducational and nonsectarian, Ithaca College is a nationally recognized independent college of some 6,100 undergraduates and 300 graduate students. Located in Ithaca, New York, the college offers more than 100 degree programs.
